Boulware is a candidate for Florida House District 9, which includes parts of
Boulware, currently the vice president of Legacy Toyota of Tallahassee, retired from the NFL in 2006. During his career with the Baltimore Ravens, Boulware was named the Associated Press Defensive Rookie of the Year in 1997, selected for the Pro Bowl four times, participated in Super Bowl XXXV, and inducted into the Baltimore Ravens’ Ring of Honor.
